SILKSCREEN PRINTING / PAD PRINTING

Silkscreen Printing is the most popular imprint option and it works on most USB models. It can print up to 4 solid spot colors on one side or 2 sides.

LASER ENGRAVING ON METAL

Laser engraving mostly works with metal surface and it is the most durable branding option.

LASER ENGRAVING ON WOOD

Laser engraving also works on wood and bamboo. It is the most longer brading option for wood surface.

EMBOSSING / DEBOSSING

Embossing is only available for leather surface. The logo is pressed using heat and pressure below the leather surface and it does not change the color. It is durable on the leather.

FULL COLOR PRINTING

Full color printing is available for USB shaped credit card. It is suitable for complicated logos with color gradients and blending. This method is also great for printing full color pictures.

NEON PRINTING

This method is available only on logo flashing models. The logo will illuminate when plug in to the computer. It is a eye catching branding option for clients.

DOMED PRINTING

This method is only available for selected domed USB models. This is a digital printing with epoxy resin cover. The advantage of this method is any complicated logos can be printed and covered by epoxy domes which can prevent the logos from stratching.

Logo Guideline

1. We prefer the logo in adobe illustrator format(ai) or (eps) format. Please email us high resolution jpeg format if you do not have this format.
2. Please make outlines for any text that appears in your logo. Creating outline is extremely important as the font will be lost or substitute with other font type if outline is not made.
3. Please provide us the correct pantone code. This will ensure the printing color is similar to your company logos color.
